Now there is news that Falguni Nair has surpassed Kiran Majmudar Show in terms of wealth and has become the richest woman in India. According to the latest ranking of IIFL Wealth Hururn India Rich List, Falguni's net worth has increased to over 24,800 crore rupees. Fralguni's net worth increased by 345 percent this year and has now increased to Rs 38,700 crore. Falguni Nayar has become the highest paid woman in a year after Ravi Modi of Vedanta Fashions. Falguni Nair, who left her job as an investment backer to start beauty brand Nayaka almost a decade ago, is one of the foremost among the hard-earned women.
🎴Falguni Nayar founded Nayaka in 2012. Nayaka was established with an investment of 20 lakh rupees and this amount was raised by Falguni from personal savings.
🎴Today the Nayka company is known for beauty, personal care and fashion products. It has two main brands – Nayaka and Nayaka Fashion. This startup achieved rapid growth. It sells cosmetics for women on its digital platform. Before founding Nayaka, Falguni Nair was in investment banking. Nayaka is owned by a trust formed in the names of two families. And it has seven other promoters. The promoters also include Falguni Nair's son and daughter.

🎴Granddaughter of Halavad native Kamlaben Ratilal Mehta, daughter of late Vinodchandra and Rabhi Mehta and late Dr. Hemant Mehta's sister Falguni Nair was brought up in Mumbai. Raised in Mumbai, Falguni Mehta became Falguni Nair after marriage. Falguni did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad after graduating with B.Com from Mumbai University. Falguni married Sanjay Nair in May 1987. Both her children are also working with mother in Nayaka.

👉Falguni started Nayaka in 2012 after leaving Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1983-85 batch, Falguni worked at AF.Ferguson & company from 1985 to 1993. Then worked in Kotak Mahindra Bank for about 20 years. It is to be noted that Falguni Nair's Nayakani products are endorsed and invested by Bollywood stars. Falguni Nair, MD and CEO of Nayika, and her husband hold 54 per cent stake in the company. Falguni's husband Sanjay Nayar is the CEO of a well-known American company in India.
