Inspiring Anand Mahindra

"If you are not humble, you will not be able to listen and if you stop listening, you will stop learning"-Anand mahindra

“Humility is the first condition if you want to be successful not only in business but also in life. This is definitely not the first thing that a fresher like you who has recently completed an MBA might think of. You are unable to connect this with divination, because you did not study it in school.'

Great consultant and author Gene Collins studied 11 successful businesses. It was a business that gave high returns for 15 consecutive years. All of those CEOs had one thing in common – a combination of humility and sheer willpower. You may think that these two things are opposite to each other. That is also true but if I too have just completed my MBA and myI will show my will power if I want to achieve the destination. After all, how can I be confident and without at the same time but today I can say that there is no contradiction between modesty and strong will. The Mahindra Group consists of 137 companies, operating in 11 business sectors. This is the chup that is full of engineers, scientists, CAs and lawyers. All are more knowledgeable than me.If I foolishly try to give them the message that I know everything because I am the owner of this company, I guarantee that the Mahindra Group will disappear tomorrow. go I can only lead them or be the conductor, like you see in a big orchestra.

So... my first task is humility to adopt Realizing that all musicians have more control over their tigers than I do. My only goal is to find good musicians and help them play great songs. Once he learned to make music with me, his passion and skill even a simple tune It will turn into a wonderful 'symphony,' if you are not humble, first you stop listening and consequently you stop learning. The world is very fast and turbulent. You can't know everything.

If you go home today, many people will turn your back. Take some time to make a list of people who have helped you, inspired you, taught you something. Talk to those people before today is over. Call or mail, text... thank them and promise you'll never stop listening.'
